Our staff photographers fulfill requests that support AU’s visual brand. We serve the mission of Auburn by capturing creative, authentic photography that is focused on storytelling, communications, marketing and branding initiatives.
We fulfill requests for still photography in this priority order:
The Office of the President, Board of Trustees, Office of the Provost, Office of Business and Administration and the Division of Student Affairs.
Office of Communications and Marketing photographic needs, including University marketing/branding campaigns and Auburn’s social media accounts.
Auburn Magazine and Auburn Research
Office of Enrollment Management requests
College-level requests

Stock photography (academics, research, outreach, student experience) for general university use
Headshots for faculty, staff, and Student Government Association officers
If our photographers are unable to accommodate a request due to staffing and/or scheduling issues, we will work with the requester to find a suitable alternative to ensure that the request is fulfilled.
Due to the volume of university-wide requests, our staff photographers are unable to provide services for:
Departmental events, ceremonies, awards, speakers, dinners, receptions, conferences, retirements
Student headshots
Group photos
Passport photos
Composites
Non-university requests
